AI development tools had become capable, but their interfaces still assumed a developer’s mental model. NextCoder needed to let non-technical founders describe a product, understand what the system was doing, and move from prompt to production without losing trust.

A calm surface for a complex engine.

I reduced the experience to one strong input, explicit system states, and progressive disclosure. The visual language keeps the orchestration layer present but quiet: users see the decisions that matter and can inspect the machinery only when useful.

Architecture, interface system, authentication, agent workflows, and deployment were developed as one continuous product problem.
