01 // Problem
Creative flow breaks when collaboration arrives late.
Video teams often edit in one tool, discuss in another, and approve in a third. Vidhart’s challenge was to make review a native part of the edit—without turning a focused creative interface into a project-management dashboard.
02 // Process
The timeline became the shared language.
The product centers every comment, revision, and approval on an exact moment in the work. A restrained interface hierarchy lets the content dominate while collaboration stays one gesture away.
Performance budgets were set early so preview, annotation, and timeline interactions stayed responsive on practical hardware.
